A purchase or payment will not increase your chance of winning. The Verve Graphix First Access promotion is sponsored by Verve Graphix LLC, 865 Lexington Avenue, Mansfield, Ohio 44907 (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old at entry. Owners and employees of Sponsor, contractors directly involved in the promotion, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Entry period and method

Entry opens August 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and closes at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the date the complete VG platform publicly launches. Sponsor will announce that launch date on this website and through First Access email updates before the close of entry.

Submit the First Access form with the required eligibility and email marketing confirmations, then complete the confirmation step sent to the submitted email address, to receive one entry. Limit one entry per natural person and one email address. Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, or disruptive entries may be disqualified.

First Access includes rollout reveals, launch updates, tools, services, and offers by email. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing after a valid confirmed entry does not cancel that entry, but entrants remain responsible for monitoring this website and their submitted email for launch and winner information.

Prize, drawing, and odds

One mystery grand-prize package with an approximate retail value of $500 will be awarded. Components may be revealed progressively during the rollout. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

One potential winner will be selected at random seven calendar days after the complete VG platform publicly launches. Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the submitted email address. The potential winner has seven calendar days to respond and verify eligibility. If they do not respond, are ineligible, or decline the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate at random.

Prize conditions

The prize is not transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised component becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for taxes and costs not expressly included.

Administration

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or circumstances outside its reasonable control compromise its integrity. Ohio law governs to the extent permitted by applicable law. Information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or X. Entrants release those platforms from claims arising from this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
