What this notice covers

This notice covers information submitted through the Verve Graphix First Access form. It does not replace privacy terms that may apply to a separate order, project, member portal, or future tool.

Information collected

VG collects the first name, email address, eligibility confirmation, First Access subscription confirmation, signup source, and rules version associated with a First Access submission. Technical security systems may also process basic request information needed to prevent abuse and operate the form.

How VG uses it

• Administer First Access and the associated prize drawing.
• Prevent or resolve duplicate, fraudulent, or invalid entries.
• Send operational messages related to entry or winner selection.
• Send rollout news, early reveals, launch updates, tools, services, and offers after the required First Access subscription is confirmed.

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time without losing a valid promotion entry.

Storage and service providers

Submissions are stored in the governed Wix systems connected to the Verve Graphix website. VG may use service providers that host, secure, deliver, or maintain these systems. VG does not sell First Access personal information.

Retention and choices

VG retains First Access information for the rollout, promotion administration, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and reasonable business recordkeeping, then removes or de-identifies it when it is no longer needed. To request access, correction, deletion, or to ask a privacy question, contact VG at the address below. Applicable law may allow or require VG to retain certain records.
