How is my order shipped? How long will it take?
All orders are shipped vis USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping varies based on location, method used, and customer requests. All pre-made orders will be shipped the same day if ordered before 5pm EST.
What is the policy on sales, coupons, discounts and promo codes?
If an item is on sale, you may use another form of a discount toward that item but, only one form of discounts may apply to each item/order.
Are products made in the U.S.A.?
All products are designed, printed, packaged, shipped from our site in Mansfield, Ohio USA! Some third party vendors may have their products that we print on assembled outside of the United States but we try our very best to make sure all products we offer are made right here.
What does order "pending" mean?
Your order had been processed we are currently designing, making, or getting it ready to ship.
